2- What if my type of stain isn't listed in your spot removal guide? If your stain is not listed just give us a call at 512-327-7553 and we'll take care of it.
3- What if the stain does not remove? If the stain persists, stop trying. Call us immediately and we'll send someone out to take care of it.
4- When should I have my free cleaning done? We will make recommendations to you during our initial in home review based on the furniture's use, number of children and type of pets. Generally we recommend the cleaning be performed within two or three years of purchase
5- Can your protector be used on items other than upholstery? Absolutely. These products work just as effectively on all types of textiles including rugs, carpet, drapery and tapestries.
6- Are there any restrictions or limitations? We only ask that you contact us within five days of a stain occurring in order for us to be able to guarantee removal.
7- What is excluded from coverage? The guarantee does not apply to general soiling, damage typically covered by your home owners insurance, color loss from bleach products or sun fading.
